With more than 25 years of experience as an employment attorney and litigator, I have built my career on the belief that workplaces thrive when concerns are addressed promptly, thoroughly, and with integrity. I founded WTWI by Myers to support employers in creating compliant, respectful, and high‑performing environments.

My work focuses on training managers and organizational leaders to understand and meet their obligations under employment laws, reducing risk while strengthening workplace culture. When issues arise, I conduct comprehensive investigations into workplace complaints to ensure matters are reviewed quickly and the appropriate actions are taken.

My goal is simple: to help employers build workplaces where people know they are valued, protected, and empowered to do their best work – for the benefit of the entire organization.
